Toyota - just about all of us have found that any common part between the two is cheaper from them.Example - rear wiper assembly (not refill) from GM: $26.50 CDN --- same thing from Toyota: $7.50 CDN.

yeah I always wondered about the price of that rear wiper. I never looked one up when I worked at the dealership. The whole darn thing is plastic, the arm and everything, all comes apart. Due to its design I really doubt you would find anyone but Toyota or GM Pontiac that sold it.And GM is way over priced on everything.

Get 'em cheap here:Entire Assembly: http://www.brandsport.com/toy-85242-12090.htmlInserts Here: http://www.brandsport.com/toy-85214-12310.htmlBuy a few at one time, though. Brandsport charges a $4.50 handling fee for orders under $25. No shipping cost for orders over $25.

Can anyone tell me the size of the rear wiper? I'd rather get a long aftermarket refill and just cut it in half...or thirds!

that would be very hard to do as the wiper is in MM in the width factor and the lentgh it 11 in, just spend the 2.50 at toyota

Well, I guess it worked then! The rear-wiper install is very easy, but Toyota will do it if you want them to. It's the same wiper as on the Matrix. Also, the Toyota inserts are less expensive than GM's.
