Injen from Matrix?

My Injen CAI is backordered?They have the one for the matrix xr... will it work for sure? Same airflow meter on both right?CAN-AWD-VIBE

Same air flow meter connection. But I thought there was a difference due to the fog light or something like that. Someone else should be able to confirm that though.

I thought they were the same exact thing. I have an Injen and had to cut maybe 4-5 inches off the end so I didn't have to choke up on the filter. Did you contact NeverEnough?

should be the same, my TRD cai is for a matrix and it fits fine. just make sure to push the air filter up on the pipe.

I fit the Injen 03 XRS CAI on my 05 GT, it was a tight fit but no cutting involved. The air filter is just behind and a bit above the fog light.
