Anyone have experience with Winterforce tires?

Post by NUBlackshirts »

Looking for an inexpensive set of snow tires for the upcoming season. Denver area is usually not too bad for snow, but I have some road trips scheduled into Nebraska during the Winter months. Don't think my OEM tires will be up to the task if snow hits. The local BX on Buckley has the Winterforce tires in 205/55-16 for $77. Just wondered if anyone here knows much about them? Thanks.

A local guy had those on last winter and said they worked great in the snow. Not so good on dry pavement though. He said they were pretty loud and the car didn't feel as solid. "Kinda Squishy", he said.Another tire you should take a look at is the Viking Snowtech. One of the best rated winter tires by consumer reports and very inexpensive:https://www.tiresavings.com/ti...Sw9bQ and they are great on snow as well as dry pavement.A 205/55/16 tire is only $71+shipping and is rated a consumer reports "Best Buy".
