ok as you all know i sold my roof rack rails but about a day ago some one tried taking my black piece that you have to take off in order 2 take off the roof racks any one catch my drift well any way i was driving today and in few off in the middle of traffic and i went to the pontiac dealership and just for that one plastic piece will cost me $30.90 its outragouse and he even gave me discount and that would cost me $25.50 with a discount so i need that part cause i know i can find it cheeper.... or if anyone has roof rack caps for sale that would work just as good thanx and please help me my car looks funny with out it

did you loose it? or am I reading it wrong? when you removed your rails you might not have gotten the yellow clip inside seated when you put it back on. I know I lost one when I removed my cross rails because I didn't snap it back on correctly.hope you find one they are expensive pieces of plastic

yeah i know what your talking about scherry but no i knew about the yellow thingy its just i think someone tried to take it off cause i toticed it was kind of wierd but i ignored it cause i was in a hurry and next thing you know it i get home and its gone just the yellow piece there so if anyone is willing to sell one off of there old set if they put caps for instence let me know i need the drivers side one my car looks funny if not im just going to take off the whole thing and find a way to seal up the holes where the screws go in please im me or e-mail me thanx

Hold tight. I think I ordered a LH for mine, but didn't use it due to trading the Vibe. I also ordered the clips too, but I can't check until Monday, can you hang on until then?

So what side do you need? I have both mine but the clips are broken off I believe. I drove with them like that for a long time with no problems I don't think. Although for some reason I want to say that one of mine fell off at one point which is why I took my racks off before I had the caps...not sure I'll have to check, but if you can't find one I would send you mine for free if you want to just pay for shipping.
