New Vibe owner here! ^_^

'Ello! :DI've been shadowing these forums for almost a month now, and here I am to finally start posting. I was in the market for a new car to replace my Jeep Cherokee, and I looked at quite a few. (Matrix, Element, Subaru vehicles and the Vibe) and after test drivign one today, and much of the information I have learned from this site (and the general friendly-ness of most Vibe owners here) tonight my parents and I put down payment for a nice new Vibe! (It's basically an early 21st birthday present, and I am elated to the max!) So, on Monday I pick up my car (the dealer I went to: Stark Motors in Sun Prarie Wisconsin, awesome dealer, very helpful and I have new-faith in car-dealerships) and I shall have pics on it shortly.As for what it is: Base Vibe, Shadow w/monotone, moon & tunes + power package, ABS brakes, 16" wheels, rear-bumper protector, exhaust tip, side airbags, ummm ... gonna add the supercharger to it as well. Got it for roughly 17k ($3,500 in rebates) and I am dancing around.Words cannot describe how thankful I am to my parents, and I am utterly grateful fr what they have done, I also know I am damn lucky, and I shall remember this everytime I get into the Vibe. So, howdy everyone, glad to finally be part of the group. ^_^

Welcome aboard! Congratulations on the new Vibe! I know you'll enjoy it. You certainly are fortunate to have received such a gift. That will just add to the enjoyment. Believe me, that elation you feel now won't fade with time. The Vibe is the first car I've had that I can truly say is still a thrill to drive after nearly a year of ownership. Again, welcome and congratulations!

WELCOME!! Great Choice!!! You won't regret purchasing a Vibe, trust me! I just love mine and I'm still excited and love to go places, just so I can drive it! Not to mention the feeling I get when people's heads turn with that "What's that" look on their face
