Window Tint

Post by Zorren »

Now that I have paid my taxes and Registration (388.82) I am doing my research on getting my windows tinted. For 3m FX films it would cost $245.00 they also have a 3m color stable product for $429.00. What Products do you guys and gals reconmend? Anyone know of anywhere in southern Denver to get my windows done?

I have always done my own. With patience and practice, you can tint the whole car with maybe 4 rolls @ $15 ea. I had luck with Gila scratch resistant. I pimped out my '87 Pont Safari st wgn w/5% everywhere and 20% windshield (that came off after 1st night in the rain).

Its probably best to wait untill spring now. The warmer weather is better for new tint. Just FYI.
