Vibe Emission Standards - 50 states or 49 states?

Hi,Can someone from outside California help me settle this? My co-worker says that all Vibes meet California emission limits, but I think only the ones sold here meet it. Can you please look under your hood and see if the emission sticker says whether it meets only the EPA standards (49 states) or both the EPA and California standards (50 states).Thanks!!

Just looked today and the sticker on the inside of my hood states it does meet California ULEV emissions requirements for the 2003 model year vehicles... plus all other 49 states.I have the 1.8L 130hp engine (1ZZ)
