"Subject: BILL CLINTON's Service Record before becoming Commander in Chief The truth must be known. You should see Hillary's file. Bill Clinton registers for the draft on September 08, 1964, accepting all contractual conditions of registering for the draft. Given Selective Service Number 3 26 46 228. Bill Clinton classified 2-S on November 17, 1964. Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on March 20, 1968. Bill Clinton ordered to report for induction on July 28, 1969. Bill Clinton dishonors order to report and is not inducted into the military. Bill Clinton reclassified 1-D after enlisting in the United States Army Reserves on August 07,1969 under authority of Colonel E. Holmes. Clinton signs enlistment papers and takes oath of enlistment. Bill Clinton fails to report to his duty station at the University of Arkansas ROTC, September 1969. Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on October 30, 1969, as enlistment with Army Reserves is revoked by Colonel E. Holmes and Clinton now AWOL and subject to arrest under Public Law 90-40 (2)(a) 'registrant who has failed to report...remain liable for induction'. Bill Clinton's birth date lottery number is 311, drawn December 1, 1969, but anyone who has already been ordered to report for induction is INELIGIBLE! Bill Clinton runs for Congress (1974), while a fugitive from justice under Public Law 90-40. Bill Clinton runs for Arkansas Attorney General (1976), while a fugitive from justice. Bill Clinton receives pardon on January 21, 1977, from Carter. Bill Clinton FIRST PARDONED FEDERAL FELON ever to serve as President. All these facts come from Freedom of Information requests, public laws, and various books that have been published, and have not been refuted by Clinton. After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed six and injured 1,000; President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished. After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished. After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19 and injured 200 U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished. After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa, which killed 224 and injured 5,000; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished. After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured 39 U.S. sailors; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished. Maybe if Clinton had kept those promises, an estimated 3,000 people in New York and Washington, D.C. that are now dead would be alive today. AN INTERESTING QUESTION: This question was raised on a Philly radio call-in show. Without casting stones, it is a legitimate question. There are two men, both extremely wealthy. One develops relatively cheap software and gives billions of dollars to charity. The other sponsors terrorism. That being the case, why was it that the Clinton Administration spent more money chasing down Bill Gates over the eight years in office, than Osama bin Laden? THINK ABOUT IT! It is a strange turn of events. Hillary gets $8 Million for her forthcoming memoir. Bill gets about $12 Million for his memoir yet to be written. This from two people who spent 8 years being unable to recall anything about past events while under oath! Sincerely, Cdr. Hamilton McWhorter USN (ret)"Hmm........
It amazes how unrelenting and impotent Clinton's enemies have been. He hasn't been in public office for 3 years and people still feel the need to attack him.

And here I thought American men would be proud to boast about such activities instead of denying them. But from a non US point of view, I thought he was at least a moderately entertaining president.

If he could have ran for another term, he probably would have made it.
quote: If he could have ran for another term, he probably would have made it. Easily. But there is a risk to letting leaders run for more than two terms. You could end up with a retarded village idiot for a leader, like we have here in Canada. Term limits are not the perfect answer, but it is far better than the alternative (King Chretien).

Didn't he announce that he wouldn't run again in Feb '04?

ONLY 11 months? Imagine the damage he could do in that time. I really sympathize with westerners and apologize because it is always Ontario that keeps re-electing these clowns. I have never voted for any of the idiots. Whoever keeps voting for them must be holding their nose while they vote. Very sad. He would win again too. If we're lucky, maybe he'll choke on his own vomit or die in a car fire. We can only hope.
Finally one of Bill Clinton's many promises is coming true. He promised that those responsible for all those attacks would be hunted down and prosecuted. But this is Clinton we are talking about here, so we have to think in a Clintonian manner. He didn't say that HE would hunt down and prosecute those responsible. Hell no, he was way to busy chasing skirts and helping Al Gore sell our military rocket secrets to the communist Chinese who, in turn, sold them to our good friends, the North Koreans. Way to go guys! Ignore Saddam Insane for 8 years, then drop a dozen or so missiles on Baghdad after thowing out the UN weapons inspectors to try and distract everyone from the congressional impeachment hearings. Then, sit back and let Saddam do whatever he wants again. Great job. My rounds of applause must be so deafening that I cannot hear them myself. Oh, the economic success though most of the 90's? My real applause goes to the real originators of that success---the policies enacted in the previous decade that were able to come to fruition and the Congress that came into being in the early 90's that had the wisdom and foresight to expand upon them to usher in the most economically successful period in American history. Any attribution of this success to any other source is just a flat out lie and I would challenge anyone who dissents to present any credible, tangible evidence to the contrary. They will be searching for a long, long time because there isn't any. Or they could be like Gore and just make it up and hope nobody calls them on it.

Do you mean Chretien, the Prime Minister of Canada?

anyways, about Chretien's apparent speech impediment. I believe he has a condition called bell's palsy http://www.bellspalsy.com/facialparalysis.htm , which is a type of facial paralysis. In some, it comes & goes, and in others (ie JC) it just stays.

quote:This Hour Has 22 Minutes does a good skit of him also. That's a fun show for sure. But even real life has it's few moments. Before JC became PM, a certain Kim Campbell ran against him. One of the advertisements I remember went something like this, "Do you want a Prime Minister that talks out of the NorthWest corner of his mouth?"While it was a distasteful comment to make of a political opponent, it was mildly amusing.

quote:"Do you want a Prime Minister that talks out of the NorthWest corner of his mouth?"Hmm, I don't seem to remember that one. I do remember Kim Campbell, she was PM while I was taking grade 12 history -- the one where you study all the PM's. She'll go down as the PM who had the least impact on the country. The slanderous comment I do remember was, "Pass the tequila, Sheila!" I can't recall who said it, or why. If I remember correctly, Sheila is Sheila Copps ... am I right?

The former Conservative cabinet minister John Crosbie told her in the House of Commons to "pass the tequila, Sheila, lie down and love me again."

quote: "pass the tequila, Sheila, lie down and love me again."How respectable. I am sometimes amazed that these people are claiming that they "represent" us. That line sounds like something that he'd probably been thinking up for a while, and just waiting for an opportunity to use it.

That's about as good as some of the one-lined witty humor that is a main staple of the British Parliament proceedings. If the American congress met and had such informal proceedings, I'd bet more people would tune in. With some of the people we've got, I'd probably be rolling on the floor. I'd love to see some of the representatives really rip into people like Maxine Watters and Barbara Boxer, just to name a few. Ted Kennedy would be quite humorous to watch as well, trying to respond sensibly to a well thought and eloquent onslaught while in a drunken stupor. I'll bet he's had a round or two of tequilla with Shelia. LOL!
