I like the rack on top of the Vibe. It makes it look a little more square on top. Just my opinion. If I could have a GT-R in all black hell yes I want my Vibe to look like that. I'd change the wheels though. I like the wheels NovaResource has on his Vibe.

Sign me up!! I'm with you d_m_kolb, the wheels have to go. I'm not a big fan of the black wheels. Can't wait for that Ram-Air though!!!

I have heard from a Pontiac source that the Ram air will be a aftermarket option from Pontiac late this year or early next.

I saw that the Ram Air was coming in one of the posts on the site. Can't wait! Not to get too far off topic, but any word on cost?

i would get the body kit and ram air hood. instead of a spoiler i was thinkin of fashoning something out of rip-stop fabric or something that is highly durable that would fit around the two rack rails pushed as far to the back and as close together. and having it zip on them with maybe a molded plastic semi-wing on it. why go out and pay for a spoiler when you could easily do something like that right?yogi

you guys might as well stop discussing it, that GT-R is MY vibe!!!! I would definetly do the body kit, the spoiler and CAN NOT wiat for the RAM AIR!!!!!I've even emailed K&N mailto:tech@knfilter.com for a direct replacement of my filter and no word yet!!!! I think we should all get on a huge bandwagon and send email after email to all these manufacturers to get all the aftermarket stuff rolling!!!!!!

Yes, I think you are right on this one. Who needs the "look at me" bolt ons, I would rather spend money under the hood, suspension, and wheels. Walk quietly with a big stick.

Does anyone know where I can find a little "wing" like is on the Protoge5 or the RX7? I've seen them on a Matrix and but I don't know where to get one!

It would have to depend on where I live....currently in Toronto, my Vibe would have become my summer car with that type of modifications, plus with all the speed bumps -> mmmh NO....in California....I would consider it.

Step 1- Customize Base Vibe under the hoodStep 2- Embarass people you race more than if you looked like a GT or street car.Step 3- Make car look cool after satisfaction is acomplished

Looking into doing that right now. Checking with the dealer for costs on the exterior sport package. I will keep you posted. I should find out today the cost of it.

Um, the GT-R is way too squared off/blocky for my tastes. Something like the GXP is more my style.

IMO the GXP looks better too. The new optional sport package (on the SPO) looks more subtle than the whole GT-R package though. I'd like to see one on the street. 8th planet take some pics if you decide to get them put on your new GT! Also, I did read an update on the main page here that said the appearance package would be no more than 2G installed. It depends what look your going for. The new trim will make it look more like a boy racer (matrix-ish) than the standard sport-ute look.

Everything in the picture whole-heartedly. I'm not sure if I like the lower spoiler or not yet. From what I've read, it will only come in 3 colors and the others will have to be painted from the dealer or local body shop.
