crappy radio/cd: have you replaced (in Ontario)?

I want to have the (2nd) dealer installed stock radio/cd replaced. It just doesn't play cds and, when it did, the cd would spin or hiss when you put your foot on the brake. Any suggestions for something better or at least comparable? Where, in Ontario, do I go? Does Best Buy install? Van & Truck World? What's the in-dash fit like? Does the replacement look, out of place?Thanks a lot, in advance.
