Does your steering wheel return completly to neutral?

Sorry posted in the wrong forum area- I will repost in Problems & Warranty IssuesHey everyone , I noticed something today on the vibe but i'm not sure if its normal or if I need to bring it in for service. When I make a turn the wheel does not completly return to center by itself and if i'm driving strait and I move the wheel say to 1 o'clock it will stay like that until i pull it back. I checked my tires and the are all full and the powersteering is full also. I know the steering is heavy in the vibe but I've never noticed this before.
