It's real easy. Everybody who is in the league controls their own team. The way our league is set up, Yahoo will draft our teams for us based on their rankings or the rankings we give the individual players ourselves. Each team will have different players from the NFL on their team and you just put them in the lineup as you see fit. The stats they accumulate in their real game on Sundays are reflected on your team. So if Larry johnson rushes for 100 yards and a touchdown, and you have him on your team, you will get a certain number of points for his 100 yards and a TD.If you want to play, just follow the link and sign up. You will need a Yahoo account to play though.

Let's just use Yahoo's rankings...they draw from several different sites, so they're accurate.

You can do either, just depends on how much effort you want to put into it.In order to adjust the rankings yourself you just need to go to your "team" page and in bright blue it says "Predraft player rankings." Near the top where the list of players click where it says "Edit my rankings." Then just precede to highlight the players and transfer them over to the box on the right. It will give you the top 25 players so you will have to change that at the top.
