As I was going through some papers a few weeks back, I came across the window sticker for my car. I was looking over all of the features and came across "Rear Cargo Nets". When I bought the car, I thought this was the tie-down system in the back. After spending some time here and looking over the SPO site, I know this is not the case. So I decided to call the salesman I bought the car from. He not only remembered me and the car I bought (now almost a year later) but told me to bring the sticker and he'd get it resolved. I missed that appointment and he quit the dealership the following week, but one call to the manager and I just went and picked up my cargo nets today. They didn't even blink. That's what I call service. Of course, I'm going to pay a little better attention to the sticker next time.

my window sticker said "supercharger"and well....i guess im not THAT lucky!!!!!but one can dream cant he? actualy mine said exhaust tip which i didnt have so i just got a discount of the price for it.

I had to look at the map & see how close Billings was to me. I was hoping it was closer to the 49th parallel. Service like that is worth driving to another country for!!

They were great to deal with, giving me twice what anyone else offered for my Saturn, and even at that, still cutting some off the price of the Vibe. They're highly recommended!

It certainly is worth it. I know we can go anywhere in the states for warranty work. I'm not sure about going out of country.
