The Pontiac Rageous, the 1997 concept carA beautiful car ahead of its time.Engine: Ram-air induction, 16-valve OHV V-8 (RWD) Displacement: 5737 cc Horsepower: 315 bhp @ 5400 rpm Torque: 335 ft-lbs @ 3200 rpm Transmission: 6-speed manual 0-60: 5.5 seconds Length: 194.1 inches Width: 76.5 inches Height: 55.5 inches Wheelbase: 116.8 inches Wheels: 22 inches (F&R) Brakes: Vented discs AND it only weights... 4600! That's more than my brother's GMC Sierra.

Hah! I never saw that. I like the front, don't care for the back. It's a little too "out" Rageous.

The front is killer man but the back (removed) were they thinking ????? lol come on the whole tail gate thing seriously

Well, they wanted as a cross between a sports car and a SUV. Fun yet functional?

I remember that.The front has a trans am look while the rear looks kinda like a subaru SVX.I also remember the Banshee or what ever it was called...

I don't mind the back so much. The center console of the dash is a bit odd though.

that car is flippin sweet but i agree with Jahntassa i love the ext. alot but the center consol needs some improvement. but i can handel the guage cluster.

If they were to sell that and I were to buy it I MIGHT be able to keep it stock and still love it!!!

Its a tripped out car man but thats alot of weight for that car do some weight reduction and a little bit of mods..... intake, exhaust, things like that or pretty much the usual...

Oh man! That's one sexy car. lol I don't mind a single thing about the looks on that car. Now Pontiac just needs to start making these things!

Actually, if they toned down the wing a bit, the rear wouldn't look too bad. I do like the tailgate thing. Kind of reminds me of something that Hot Wheels would have come up with at one time or another.

Looks like Pontiac's version of the SSR.....thank goodness it never made it past the show stage!

I would so buy this...Pontiac Banshee I was really liked the Pontiac Pursuit concept from ages ago. And there was another concept they had in a popular science mag from when I was a kid but I can't remember what they called it...
