Anyone know anything about dropping/lowering of a Vibe??

I just got my Vibe last week and have been finding all kinds of cool stuff on the web, such as this site. Anyways...I added 17" rims and wanna lower it, but am kinda car illiterate. Someone wanna explain the process, products and price for me please. Thanks alot.
