Air bags are to expencive for my budget and spring's are better for my pocket $. What's the going price for a set of spring's in a 2.5 drop?and what size wheel & tire are you riding on? nuvibe

I got my Teins for $128.00 plus $15.00 shipping. I have 225/45/17 on 17x7 Motegi rims. With Tein coil-overs you can drop lower. The ones with non-adjustable shocks are about $675.00.

Mav's vibe is on S-techs. no problem with ground clearance, however, the vibe sits pretty high anyways... even my stock LGT sat lower than his vibe. now, i also have S-techs on my LGT and i'm REALLy low.. almost too low (scraping).from today's photoshoot:haven't taken actual measurements for ground clearance, sorry.

Thank's for all the good and helpfull info. Now it's time for me to look for a shop that I can buy a set of springs and have them installed for a good price. I'm trying to have this done for the So-Cal BBQ Meet, let's see what happen's. Thank's again nuvibe

Thank's again nuvibeThey are cheap off ebay... watch for fakes. but neverenuf always has good deals. and if you have the tools you can do it with a buddy in like 4 hours tops. and if you got to matrixowners.com you can ask for help in the socal section and people are really cool and would help.Hope to see you there. (socal BBQ that is)

Well I stoped by ARD Performance here in San Diego and asked to see if they would match neverenuf prices and I'm getting my Tiens S-tech spring's from $180.00 to $125.00 plus shipping. Is this good or bad? and yes they are a Tiens dealer. nuvibe

guess it depends on what they charge for shipping. we buy a lot of our parts from brad at neverenuff. good guy and i highly recommend him to anyone. if you don't know the other local shop, i'd stick with a place that other people can verify is a good reputable seller. we got my springs in 2 days and helluva lot cheaper shipped than anyone, ebay or local.

I didn't get anything in SD except my air bags off of craigslist. ARD is over-priced, I had a "partial-sponsorship" with them, and it was still more than regular price. You may see some guys around there that are with CaliStreetR. I used to be with them but they were very unorganized and my engine blew shortly after, so my car was OOC for a while.
