On sunday I was shopping around for a hitch for my vibe so we can use our hitch mounted bike rack again (used to have an Escape).I visited a couple of places to get quotes... Farm & Fleet wanted $260 and would be delivered in 14 days. I was shocked... i thought well, I guess I'm going to have to order one online. So while I was in AutoZone picking up some wax and stuff I asked them. $140 (including tax) and they'd have it by Wednesday.Well, Tuesday rolled around and they called. Took me about 10 minutes on my back with a ratchet to install it.After looking at the shipping papers, they sent it next day fedex from their warehouse! And I didn't even have to pay extra... So end of the story, Autozone surprized me with fast shipping and inexpensive prices
No pics... it looks exactly like the drawtight's I've seen around this forum... but it has a different sticker on it (That I peeled off alredy... it's some sick debadging disorder I have...)It almost makes the Vibe look better because the black painted hitch hides the aluminum muffler.
I stopped at Auto Zone today for parts for the kid Hauler ( Minivan). While I was there I checked for a hitch and they showed a few for FWDfor $124.00. But, None for an AWD. He said they must be differant. I have the 05 and I told him I know they are the same for all the vibes? He did not know.

They changed their site around, but I believe I ordered my hitch from hitchesonline.com (Can't remember!)Anyway, they have the Hidden Hitch and the DrawTite (I have the Hidden) for $110-$120. I think I got mine shipped for that much about two years ago.http://search.cartserver.com/s...GO%21

THat is good you got a hiddin hitch (I got that as well) I ahve heard some people say the draw tight rattles against the muffler. but no worries you got a good one!Have you used it yet?I used mine last winter went up north and towed a single snowmobile! worked pretty good... yet to try it since I lowerd the car though but hey we'll see!
