The passenger side door speakers, both front and back, in my vibe recently lost their ability to produce any bass. I can hear sound coming out of the speakers, but they are a bit muffled and sound as though they are exclusively coming from the tweeter. I am not sure if it is the amp (moons and tunes) or something with the speakers. I am trying to avoid going to the dealership and paying the $45 diagnostic fee. Thanks in advance for any help!

I think if it was the amp there would be no sound at all. Hard to say though, as these amps aren't like normal amps.

It is a 2003. If it is indeed "blown speakers", I can't believe that two of them on the SAME SIDE of the car would blow at the same time. My friend said that it might be a blown channel on the amp.
