Cabin Air Filter - Matrix vs. Vibe... same filter??

Post by 2006Vibe »

Hi all,My co-worker bought a Matrix filter from a Toyota dealer for a MY2003. He has a MY2003 Vibe, so, one would figure that they are the same... parts bin.Apparently, they are not the same size. I haven't checked it out myself yet. The Toyota one was quite cheaper than the Vibe unit (dealer sourced), and hmm.... like I said, they should be the exact same unit. To engineer a different HVAC/filter assembly between the two cars would be quite costly. Any info?Cheers

So right! My good friend here is Canadian from Newfoundland and I do business with Chrysler Canada. So I consider myself half Canadian!
