Well, the deal wasn't going well (understatement!) so I took back my Ninja 750R F4.The dude got it running, sorta, but his promises of paying me didn't pail out. Then he went missing over the weekend (with my bike) so I had enough and reported my bike stolen. I guess that shook him up enough and he returned my bike. Albet on it's side in the back of a pick-up truck! Scratched to hell and with a busted left foot peg. Main thing is that I got my bike back and this whole fiasco has gotten me excited about riding again. So the Vibe mods are gonna be on hold for a month while I get the bike fixed up.By the way, anyone know how to sychronise the carberators on a bike?

Thank's. I found a great site for that. I can't believe I almost paid $100 to have this done. It's so easy. I just need the meter.http://www.cartestsoftware.com....html

It's amazing how much people will think they should pay (or be told to pay) when they don't know how to do it, or like me, am too lazy or afraid to break something!Reading over that last link you put up, Lancer, that does seem pretty easy to do with that little meter they have!

I called every shop, parts place, and supply store. No body has that meter! Guess I'll be ordering it and have to wait some more for a drivable vehicle. (vibes in the shop, rebuilding the tranny.) The Vibe was supposed to be fixed "by this weekend". They just started on it yesturday. Got the bike running a little better today. At least for a little while. Then I noticed that the knuckle head broke my bottem fairing and melted the right side fairing! You know how hard it is to find those pieces and how much they cost! I'm pi$$ed...
