Dashmat-IMO NOT safe if it does not have cut-out for Passenger Airbag! Coments?

Basically, I posted similar question in the Vibe Lounge (cause there seem to be more eyes there),But,I would NOT want the dashmat to , in any way, hinder the deployment of the passenger air bag if it were needed.Comments?And, yes, I want a dashmat, but not with covers.See this site,Looks like the cutout did work in this accidenthttp://www.dashmats4less.com/d....html
