EPS file assistance

i'm trying to help a friend with a logo for her company. she's emailing me an EPS file, but neither irfanview nor photoshop elements can open it. the file isn't corrupt because she resent it to me to be sure. anyone have ANY idea how i can get this stupid file open???thanks!file: http://www.ragingfish.com/images/logo.eps
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!

I was able to open it in Paint Shop Pro 7.I saved it as a .jpg so you could see it.EDIT: Dang, Too slow!

i highly recommend the "GIMP" http://www.gimp.org/it handles all those formats and is actually a really nice program to use. i've been using it for just over a year now and it's handled all my graphics needs at work flawlessly....oh ya.....it's free.
I have signatures turned off so I'm not even sure what mine says in this space!
