Pimpalicious!

Post by ColonelPanic »

This really needs to go in the Humor forum but, it is an actual product. Yikes. Forgive me if this has been discussed before, I just stumbled upon these things on the "But Wait... There's More" section of AutoWeek. You, yes you, can buy some sweet wheels from "Pimpstar" and display your favorite pr0n images or whatever else pleases you on the wheel itself! What a concept! Why has it taken this long for something like this to show up on the market? This is essential wheel technology!http://customwheel.com/custom_.../1687Prices start at a super cheap $12,500, which is $1,500 less than I just paid for my brand new Hyundai. What a bargain! At prices like this, these are within reach of EVERYBODY! Too bad they won't fit my car! I really wanted these. It will be funny when the 1337 h4x0r crowd figures out how to change the images on the wheels when they see a vehicle equipped with these things. Probably coming to a 2600 magazine near you sometime in the not-so-distant future.

*rolls eyes* oh great another thing to distract the already distracted driver. I can just see it now, A driver trying to take a picture of them with his cell phone and sending it to all his/her freinds while driving down the highway.

I have seen these before on one of those Pimp ride shows. They had the porn star on one set then showed different images you can get, i.e. the american flag and different colors. I thought it was crazy.

What's really sad is that last week I was down in Charleston SC and one of the radio ads was for a Rent to Own wheels and tire place. And with the cost of these wheels starting @ $12,500 I'm sure someones out there is getting a set, forget about food, clothes, kid's school supplies and basic essentials, I got my rims! JM
I now wash my car more since I sold my boat!
