Strange noise on startup when cold

There was nothing before, few days earlier, ~1 sec after start of cold engine, a strange noise starts...like humming, "...uuuuuuuu..." smth like that And it finishes after ~30 sec. No noise after starting warm engine. The noise comes somewhere from the place, near front left wheel, from that corner. What should it be?

I've got the same noise on my 2008. The car is noisy like that since the begining and it always happen when -10 celsius and more (14 F). I heard it could come from powersteering not sure what do you think ?The dealers are not bright so ....
