Cargo cover

Post by 2006Vibe »

Hi all,Well.. gotta say, the only thing I really hate about the Vibetrix is the cargo cover... lame-oThe Caliber has a nice cargo cover (pulls out like roll up blinds). Is there an aftermarket solution?!?! (something I don't need to make myself, I saw a nice thread on making your own using MDF, but honestly, I'd rather drop something in that I can buy). This would help, especially if I use the glass hatch.I haven't picked up my Vibe yet (it'll be ready for me on Tuesday!!), but I do want to improve the Cargo cover..BTW: The base stereo.. hmmm, didn't impress me much, hehe, it'll be ripped out soon enough!! I prefer the look of the Matrix radio, the Vibe one looks like it's the same unit found on GMC pickup trucks (corporate carry-over part...) Looks out of place in this fine looking interior ..Can't wait to pick her up, but.. I'll only get to drive it 2km, then I'm leaving on business for a week.. CRAP!

Why would you ever need the cargo cover unless you live in a Ghetto. Oh ya, sorry Toronto is a Ghetto. Never used my cargo covers, sold both of them on Ebay. Just kiddin' bout TO.

LOL silverawd, love that pic!I keep my cargo cover on just for the heck of it. It does come in handy to have something covering your cargo area, especially at Christmas time to keep items purchased covered.

Sorry you got the disgruntled reply to your first post. This forum is generally better than that.I totally agree about the cargo cover. i would love a roll-up one, but haven't found one so far.
