I knew some folks who lived in Weslaco...just a couple miles east of Donna.Lots of snowbirds live in that area (retired folk from MN, WI, ND, SD). Darn good Mexican food can be had, but that's almost all there is to eat. Of course, there's always the cheap meds that you can get just across the border...

Hey I live down here in the South. I live in the Alton, Mission, McAllen area, its an awesome import scene down here. I like it down here in the valley but it get f-ing hot man. Everything goes down on thursdays which is racing night (not at the tracks ) Fridays its truck night but all of us import and domestic cars go to the tracks for import invasion or race for spots (rgvracing.net) on Saturdays its racing night over in Harlingen it gets really packed and alot of races go down over there but hit me up if you need more info the names Jorge my e-mail is Skylinedude2005@yahoo.com or HellFire5194@msn.com take it easy man peace
