whoever wrote that stuff up either doesn't speak english as a first language or doesn't know how to talk. anywho, i have never seen something like that before, so i dunno. what i do know is that you will not get the power gains claimed. 8-10 hp? no way, not just from a muffler.example: "Due to this is the on sale item, buyer need to send the item back to us on buyer's expense" there are many more sentences that are the same way. i dunno, makes me a bit suspicious.

Let's add not one but two extra 180 degree bends (or corks) in our system to make it more free flowing, not to mention the extra length of pipe the exhaust must travel thru before it exits the system. Free flowing exhaust, my a$$.

Magnaflow isn't really expensive and it will sound and perform better then any silly little ricer fart can you could ever find. But thats my opinion. Its your vibe.

Magnaflow is the way to go. Here's my latest use of a Magnaflow and the sound is awesome and not too loud. When you look thru one end and can see out the other, that's straight thru free flowing performance. No baffles, chambers, louvers or 180 degree bends.click

you can get a dynomax for around $80 from your local autoparts store. i don't think magnaflows or flowmasters are much more than that. you should be able to get a custom catback installed for prob no more than $300

Try and look into a privately owned local exhaust shop. You can get a great catback set-up for less money just make sure you get a quality muffler like Magnaflow, Flowmaster or Dynomax. I recommend the Dynomax Super Turbo(that's what I have) It sounds a litte louder than stock at idle but opens up at WOT with no drone at highway speeds. You can get mufflers separately at http://www.SummitRacing.com for fairly cheap and just have someone local custom fab the rest and install everything.

Just don't go to the guy I went to!! He hacked the crap out of my exhaust system. Even cut out a chunk of the Borla system to cobble in my new stainless steel, metal core catalytic converter (yes it's in the back of the car!!). Then he put a straight through muffler where the cat. should go. As of today, I'm on my second one cause I burned out the first one (NSS! ). I only went back to him cause it was under warrenty and cost me $20 p&l for a 'better' one. I kept trying to tell him exactly what I wanted but he said he couldn't get a hold of me and 'made an executive desicion". So now I'm trying to decide on getting the JP performance midpipe or the Magnaflow cat. back system. I like the magnaflow, but it's only 2.25". I want/need 2.5".

Sell all that "boom boom boom" in your trunk and get the Magnaflow. You'll gain performance from the Magnaflow, gain performance from the reduced weight, and gain space in your trunk. It's win win win!

I would go with BC's and DV's suggestions on a Dynomax muffler, except w/o the custom cat-back system, which will still cost you ~$250-$300 incl parts and labor. A muffler shop can install just the muffler for cheap.Later on down the road, you can have them custom-fab an exahaust and use the Dynomax muffler. Look at it as a deposit on a cat-back system down the road. Good luck Mike EDIT: Quote »*** Oh and shes gonna let me get it!!!****(everyone)>>> YAY!!! Congrats! But you might still save some $$ going custom + dynomax muffler, and still get 2.5" piping and mandrel bends...albeit it'll be close.

its so easy to install as well. If you could handle installing the intake, you can handle installing the exhaust. My friend helped me after hours at work... took him like 5 mins and we were all done. Its very straight forward. But of course the use of a hoist is handy but jacking up the car and it can still be done.Get the magnaflow bro... I have no regrets getting mine.

Stupid.... stupid... stupid.Okay last night i found out im the biggest... not let me make it larger... BIGGEST moron known to man.I friggin cut the wrong part last night on my exhaust. the stock parts are still good to use or sell, but i gotta go toa muffler shop to get the gap filled in with some pipe. Needless to say its gonna be a kinda spendy oops... like 60+ dollar oops. I just looked at the pic and thought it was the right one... then we cut and placed the new.... wait theres a gap? (removed)? It looks good on there... and when i fix it ill post pics and soon video of the oops and when its all better.
