Okay so get this: I've had my JVC HU for like 10 months now and i've always had some white noise in the background from the double amplification thanks to the stock M&T amp. But Recently there is a horrid static noise coming from the speakers whenever I hit the dash board, start the car, hit a pothole or even adjust the A/C! I'm guessing it's either a loose wire behind my stereo or those blasted 2 OHM speakers are finally catching up with me. Any Guesses? I'ma pull the radio out sometime and check and redo all my connections.

Because it changes with physcial impact (hitting db, bumps) then I think your guess of a loose connection is very likely.Have you tried a line-level-converter to get rid of the white noise?

I would say loose connection somewhere as well.. I have the white noise too I tried to buy a line level from Crutchfield when I got my HU but they swore up and down that there was no need for one and that they had tested the moon & tunes package and sounds fine grr
okay this may have been said somewhere but what exactly is a Line-Level Converter? Does it control the amplifiers? and if I get one do I still need to bypass the stock amp?

Does it control the amplifiers? and if I get one do I still need to bypass the stock amp?The factory amp is designed to run off the speaker outputs of the stock head unit, as opposed to pre-amp outputs which most aftermarket amps use. If the factory amp is connected to pre-amp outputs, they can overdrive it and cause noise. The line level converter allows you to reduce the preamp outputs to a level better handled by the factory amp.If your A/M head unit just has speaker outputs, you should be able to directly connect to the factory amp from the speaker outputs, same as the stock HU.Unless you are using an aftermarket amp, you shouldn't have to bypass the factory amp. Running an A/M head unit directly to the 2 Ohm may also cause the white noise, as they aren't designed to drive that low an impedance. (But your sudden noise spikes are still likely a loose wire.)The line level converter many have used is made by Scosche (FAI-3 model, I think) and can be gotten at WalMart for about $17.
