I'm off to Dallas, TX tomorrow!

Tomorrow morning bright and early my flight leaves for Dallas. Going to a job conference there on Sun and Mon and gonna hang with a friend until next Sun, so wish me luck in landing a good job so we can get moved out there and buy a house soon! Hoping for Dallas area, but they want me to look elsewhere in TX as well, so who knows.

Well guys, no luck here. I got the big shaft from this company and, needless to say, I'm not too happy! Basically I wasted over $300 coming out here as they didn't get me **** here in Dallas. I may end up moving out here sooner than thought if I find a place to stay so I can be here to find a job.

In general, employment opportunities are pretty good here now. A guy I know who runs a muffler shop is even having trouble keeping the place fully staffed.I wound up moving back here and then looking for a job myself many years ago. Much easier than trying to find a job remotely...
