Progressive Suspension

Well i am about to order new Progressive 2" Lowering Springs......WIsh me luck. I am going to post before and after pics.....

My friend put them on his Vibe and he hates them.
03, Abyss monotone GT, 6 disk changer, moon and tunes, Cargo mat/nets, power package, side airbags, AEM Short Ram Intake, Borla exhaust , 35% tint all around, F1 strut tower brace, debadged, 17" Excel rims w/ federal ss595 tires.

The ride is too harsh for his liking. Plus they are green or green -ish. Everyone has different tastes though, so different strokes for diffrent folks right!

I put them on my car and they ride great.

I have heard both good and bad things about Progressive Springs. Some people say they are bouncy and harsh, some say they sag after a few months, other people love 'em and have no problems. It depends on what you expect out of a lowering spring. People have to understand that you are lowreing your suspention by compressing the spring rate and you will have a stiffer (maybe bouncy) ride. The only way to combat that is with new struts and shocks. Companies all say that their springs a progressivly coiled to "improve ride quality and handling", but that is in comparison to a shorter non-progressive coil or cut springs.Your ride will be stiffer, not HARSH, but stiffer. You will feel more bumps in the road that stock. Ranting ranting ranting.......
