Hey guys i m new here i m going to buy a vibe in october i think that the car is very nice. I am having troubles though finding good websites to find parts to mod with. I see that horsepowerfreaks.com offers many parts but i am looking for vehicle specific if i put a supercharger or a turbo on there don t they need to be vehicle specific? One more thing i can find a water bypass valve to put on my vibe after i put on a cold air intake? If any of you all could help me get my vibe stylin and profilin i would love it. Do any of you all live in the southeast specificifically georgia and do any of you all do rallys?

haha I watched that series all the time but gave up after a while... things just sorta kept dragging on and on and on... lol

welcome. you may want to do some research on here for various threads. it seems that there are not too many performance mods currently available for the newer engines. however, if you are looking at the 07 vibes, i understand they will be featuring the same engine in the tc's. if so, then there are a lot of mods available for that engine. not sure how it will all play together however. for vibe specific (pre 07), the most mods you will find will be for the 03/04 model years. it will also depend on what engine: 1zz (base), AWD, or 2zz (GT also yr specific).check in the southeast forums, but i believe there are more and more southern vibers showing up.

Ah so you are suggesting that in your best opinion. That i should wait until the 07 s come out and get one then. I will be buiying in october or september not sure do you have any ideas when the 07 s will be coming out?

Aloha and welcome to the board. Congratulations on choosing a Vibe!I'm a newbie too! As for the '07's, from what the dealership told me-it should be pretty much the same as '06's. When I ordered mine, they said it was close to the time they start making the '07's, and if we missed the cutoff date, mine would be an '07. But they got back to me and said my Neptune would be an '06.
