I found the following link,http://www.customcargrills.com/index.aspThis is do it yourself mesh grill. Since no one besides Mr Grill makes a direct fit, and Mr Grill doen't seem to answer emails, I may explort this option. They have polished aluminum, black powder coated aluminum, and chromed steel, in many different mesh patterns.

take the grills out, i think they unscrew/unsnap out and then paint them. i dont know if the people primer'd theirs or used clear coat but thats usually recommended.

that looks real good sam i think i might do that instead of painting them. man thats going to be a hard choice.as for painting them you selves ill have to find my post on how it did it to help you and you will have to use a clear coat or it will start flaking off on ya.

I ordered the MrGrille 5 piece set for the 05+ Vibe. Should be here any day. I don't think anyone on here has installed it yet, although some have tried. I'll try and do a write-up for those with real taste who prefer the billet grille over Pontiac's trademark Kellog's Honeycomb cereal grille or the ricey chicken wire grille.

I don't think my grilles made of billet aluminum (MUCH sturdier than wire mesh..) looks ugly..see in my sig..

phil got his bling bling grills from cloudrider because he didn't like the mr. billet ones. i had the 4 piece mr billet grill but really really like the 3 piece. if he had them available for my legacy i'd have done that. i made my own grill on my LGT but after the accident i ordered a JDM one. i have yet to redo the lower grill (but need to with summer and bugs approaching soon).
