Question About Rocker Panels....

Post by stevo2000 »

I have the 2005 base Vibe Monotone without the extended Rocker Panels. I have located a set, but are OEM extended rocker panels all the same??? Do they put a different type on in the factory, then they do aftermarket??? How hard are they to install. I see 8 or 9 screw holes on each panel. Do they fit over the regular panels, or do I have to take the regualr ones off first?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm interested to know the same thing... I have an '05 and would really like to have the '06 rocker panels on my car.

I like the way they look (most people don't) mainly cause I need them to hide my underbody light kit. The front and the back look good, but you can still see the LEDs from the sides a little... and law enforcement doesn't like that very much.

I found this old topic and decided to revive it. Are the OEM rocker panels universal for all the Vibe production yrs? I like the way they look.Kenny

i am pretty that all of the rocker panels will fit the vibes unless they magically grew in lenght over the 3 years.
