The one on the left looks similar to the slip nut that holds the trim thingy on the drivers side around the floor. you know around the foot rest on the left.
The left piece is definitely from the Vibe; I've got one sitting in my armrest until I can find out where it goes! Seriously, it's a screwcover like 4X4CHICHI said.
sorry to steal the thread but.... Nascar, that sig looks really nice.If i give you a pic and a list of the stuff i have could you rustle up something sweet for a sig update!!!

the left is a palnut that goes over the stud on the Kickpad, (the plastic trim cover down next to the dead pedal. the other, is it chrome? looks like a trim piece from the dash or door panel.
while I can't offer any particular advice about what those things are (looks like some have already responded authoritatively), let me say that what Mrizzle05 found under the back seat of his used Cavalier is was much more pleasant that what I found under the back seat of my first car in High School, an ultra-high mileage 1980 Chevy Monza...let's just say latex and bodily fluids were involved./like the back of a volkswagen?-yardbird
