Calling out to all Vibe Owners with Starting Problems

Post by krisf »

I have been having starting problems with my '05 vibe ever since I got it. I had the PCM replaced along with an O2 Sensor. I still have the problem that it cranks and wont start. Like many of you I have brought it to the dealer many times and they dismiss the problem because they are unable to reproduce it (not like they try very hard).I contacted Customer Service and it comes down to the fact that not enough reports are being made about this problem that still exists after the PCM has been replaced. We need to contact Customer Service and let them know what is going on. Then maybe another TSB will be issued that just might fix our problem. Please contact Customer Service via any of the methods listed below. As frustrated vibe owners we need to stick together in order to get this problem fixed.email : cac@pontiac.comPhone: 1-800-762-2737I spoke with M. Goonan concerning the problem.

This probably has zero to do with the Vibe problem - but - I had a 1977 Buick with that issue from day 1 - went through ignition coils like water. The final resolution was replacing the spark plug wires.
