vortex-type intakes

I've seen some items like this before, and was curious if they are worth the $25... sure seems like it couldnt hurt. I know not to expect any noticable HP gains, but if it helps out the gas mileage at all then it seems worth it...http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1there's the two pieces...the vortex piece of scrap metal and some fuel magnet thing...just curious what you guys thought about this.

I think the general opinion here will be don't waste your money.
