If you have help one person can compress the assembly while the other bolts/unbolts it. Not the safest way, but it is possible. I've never had one. I've heard you can rent them from some autoparts stores. Not sure on that though. BTW, what kind of springs did you get?

Yes, you need a spring compressor mainly to get the stock springs off.Not so much for putting the lowering springd on though. Check with local auto parts stores near you to see if you can rent or buy them.

Like he said, mainly for taking the stockers off.

YES...get yourself a spring compressor! You'll save a lot of hassle and quite frankly, prevent possible injury. You can "rent" one for free from most auto parts supply stores (AutoZone, O'Reilly, Pep Boys). You just put down a refundable deposit (I think mine was $70).
i got the Tein-S Techs and a strut tower brace from TimL here. and thaks for the help on the compressor.heres a couple of pics of the springs not installed but just got them out of there box.
i got them on ebay from Qualifiedjapaneseparts (thats his user name) and it was a quick delivery and they are the real ones at that. but i got them for $140 shipped. this is the same person Merzbow used to get his springs.
