My S-10 came with Uniroyal Tiger Paws....I hated them and took them off almost immediately. The sidewalls are very soft and whenever I made a tight turn in a blacktop parking lot the tires would squeel and everyone would stare at me....even if I was going slow they would squeel loudly. I don't know anything about Douglas. Kelly Springfield has some really nice tires that we have had very good luck with on our company vehicles. I believe Kelly is a branch of Goodyear that markets less expensive tires - the Charger worked very well for me on a car.Dave

My folks just changed out their Tiger Paws that they had on their Monte... They were alright, had a nice ride to 'em and were pretty quiet. I don't think they had any complaints about them overall, can't remember... They were indeed a tad soft, one of 'em died - can't recall under what circumstance though. I guess I see where I got it from. but after that one died, dad went ahead and replaced the entire set instead of buying one, sounds like me & the contis on the Vibe a few years ago.
