I'm ready to buy wheels finally. I know I want 18x7.5NOW, here is the decision. Both sets of rims are made by ADR. One is 6 spoek and one is 10 spoke. The six spoke has a 42mm offset and the 10 spoke has a 48mm offset. Now, I'm not too sure how much 48mm would stick out from stock but I need your opinions. I'm goingto get a set next week so lets here it!6SPOKE: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem10SPOKE: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem
10 spokes look a lil better in my opinion! but thats just me

Thanks your opinion matters that's whyI asked for it!The only thing I am concerned about with th e6 spoke wheels is thos fake allen wrench nubby things around the lip....they seem like they would attracted ALL of the dirt and brake dust within 4 feet of the rim and al they seem like they would be prone to rusting???
im going with mrizzle, the 10 spoke are way better, just check bluecrushes rims out, they are bad (removed) with lots of spokes! if i get rims i was looking at some TC rims, like someone suggested on here. or ill find some 18's.
Those 10 spoke rims look better than those 6 spoke rims do.The offset is opposite of what you are thinking. The +48 offset will sit in farther than the +42 offset. Both will sit in farther than stock which is at +38.

Well, offset is in Millimeters. So +48mm offset would sit 6mm farther in than +42 and +42 would sit 4mm farther in than stock(which is +38). +48 would be 10mm farther in than stock. However stock wheels are 6.5" wide and the ones you want are 7.5" wide so that might make up for some if not all of the difference in offset. So in essence, your new 7.5" wheels may sit the same as your stock 6.5" wheels.

Well...I think the 10 Spoke would be best hands down. Also just looking at the pics....The 6 Spoke wouldn't even fit the Vibe's bolt pattern. The description says that they are 5/100's but the pics show a four bolt pattern. You might want to look into the sellers reputation a little better seems how the ad is already a bit shifty.

I think the 10 spoke look better with the 2 5bolt patterns. where the 6 spoke just wont look right with the 5 lug bolt pattern. plus they just look better imho

Mav, I never even considered looking at the bolt pattern vs. the amount of spokes...clever and observant....looks like I'm goin with the ten spoke. I might wait til next weeek becuase I rented hotel and stuff for the show tomorow but you will know when I get them Didn't think about powder coating them either, another good idea. Maybe just the spokes black! That would be farther down the line though.THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK EVERYONE

lol, it's been dropped 2.5 inches already! I was party hopping saturdaynight with 5 other people crammed in the Vibe and it was so low that the mudflaps would scrape from me jsut normally pressing the gas to accelerate!!! Everytime I turned a corner even at 5mp or less it would scrape (removed)...good thing they are flexible plastic though that's for sure.
