Somebody on Genvibe did it a long time ago. You have to remove the headlight and very carefully cut all around the edge. Then to reassemble them you have to reseal them with clear caulking. It's not easy and getting a good seal to avoid fogging is very difficult.

yea i got it done on one of the head lights i just need to do it to the other now. ill post pics as soon as i can.

put on towel in oven @ 290º for 9 minutes. remove with hot pads (it will be hot, duh)use wide, flathead screwdriver to pry the clear and rear apart (be sure to remove screws near outside corner, and bend up latch tabs).to reassemble put both halves in oven again for 9 minutes @ 290º. remove and press together, holding firm for 5 minutes however you want (i set on floor and put free weights on top of towel). there was plenty of sealant leftover to get a good seal on mine (no condensation/leaks for 3 months now)
