So I'm running a straight pipe...

Post by Emerica13 »

My cat came unbolted today and I have to say, I love the sound It absolutely SCREAMS at 8400 RPM. Too bad my dad doesn't like it and scheduled me an appointment at Tuffy for tomorrow morning But it was sweet driving home from school having my car sound sweet

I've been running without a cat for a couple months. I hate it! Even with the old resonator and a smaller straight through muffler, it really rattles and resonates the heck out of my car. Makes it sound like an old clunker when your driving 'normal'. All that will change next week, though. I agreee, though, that when your on it, it does soind really nice. And the s/c loves the free flowing exhaust. But, I have a familay and taking short hour long trips on the highways totally sucks. The noise gets annoying very quickly. I'm pretty sure I've blown out a speaker cause I turn up the volume cause I cand't hear the music over the exhuast!

You should just put on a magnaflow high flow cat, make your piping straight and big and get a muffler and resonator on there! You will sound amazing!
