genvibe vet with noob question!

i'm sure i could search high and low and find the answer, but i don't have time at work.today, my first stock headlight went out, i noticed in the window at quicktrip. is there a seperate bulb for drl and regular headlights? i want to be sure what i am asking for at the autoparts store tonight.how much can i expect to pay?

no drls and standard are run off the same light bulb... if you're using silverstars expect like 20-20 bucks for 2 of them

I don't understand why people say Silverstars don't last. I bought a set for my Grand Prix and they were working when I traded it in on the Vibe and they were 2 years old. The ones in my truck (Nissan Frontier) have been running for 3 and a half.Heck, on the truck the Silverstars have been in longer than the stock ones were before one of the stockers burned out.

Mine lasted for about 8 months - 1 year for the headlights, over 2 years for the foglights, DRL's disabled.
