Stupid Dealer

The stupid dealer that I bought my Abyss from, who shall remain nameless (Reagan Pontiac, Buick, GMC). Is by far the absolute worst "after-the-sale" dealer I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. I bought my Vibe last week and with some misunderstanding they neglected to tell me that the "Sport Package" which I thought included dual rear spoilers, was an aftermarket option that the dealer installed. So they told me that they would be in next week.Fast forward to today (3/29). They called me to tell me to bring the car in to put the spoilers on it. So, I left my lovely Abyss with the dealer and they gave me this tub of a Buick LeSabre. I called them late in the afternoon to see if my car was ready and they said it hadn't been in the shop as of yet because they got a bunch of new cars in they had to detail for sale. This after they told me it would only take a day.So, I got on the horn and called Pontiac myself, and they called Reagan Pontiac and then called me back. Just to tell me that Reagan hadn't even had the parts in. ???? They might get it done tomorrow or the next day!! right to the head.The question I have is this. Is it just me or does the "after-the-sale" portion of Pontiac truly suck? I told the guy at Pontiac 800 number that I love the car, but I absolutely will not take my car back for anything to Reagan Pontiac. I don't even want them to take a picture of me with my Abyss. I guess this also serves warning to anyone in the Omaha Metro Area to consider crossing the bridge to Counciltucky or make the drive to Fremont to buy a Pontiac of any kind. I am totally done with Reagan Pontiac. Anyone else have problems with "after-the-sale" service?
