I'm considering getting a subwoofer at some point. I'd probably get an 8" one so that the box can be small and take up less room. I was considering a bazooka tube but after seeing some pics it seems it would take up more room than a box, and the basslink is too expensive. I'm thinking that an 8" sub would be best mounted in a truck style box so that it's a smaller footprint in the trunk. I'm not looking for big bass, just filler. There seems to be very few 8" ones on the market. Anyone running an 8" in a box? Opinions? Pics?

Most people do 10" single boxes... they dont take up any more room than if you were to get a tiny lil 8".Not saying it would give you bass. But for the price and availability your best best is a single box for w/ 10" woofer and a low watt amp.Depending on where you are i might be able to get some schosche wires or dash kit for you for cheap.Gotta love those connections!!! Good luck
