New member here. I just picked up a used, but excellent condition 2004 Vibe. Base model, fully loaded, leather, Moon and Tunes, XM, the works. So far, I love it. The wife loves it and the kids think it's a blast.I'll probably be hanging out in the audio forum as my first task is to upgrade it somehow to get the 05-06 subwoofer and replace the single CD player with the 6 disk and hopefully not loose XM.

Welcome to GenVibe!Wow...a 2004 WITH LEATHER?! That's cool; I didn't think leather was an option until the 2005 models. Or are the seats aftermarket (ex. Katzkins)? In any regards, glad to have you aboard!

No, they are factory leather seats. I even have the window sticker. And no, stock is totally unacceptable. On any vehicle. What you do to them is what gives them charachter.

Very nice. This is a GREAT site, full of great people, IMHO.There's a CRAPLOAD of useful info here on the site, for mods of all kinds.Even something as simple as disabling that annoying seat belt chime that goes on for about a minute.Check out the GENVIBE garage too.
