Look what I saw at Wal Mart

Post by MrRich »

We don't know how it did get on fire, but it was kind of scarry. Nobody was hurt, so that was the main thing. The firetrucks were there in like 5 minutes, and they killed the fire.

Wow! When I first saw it, I thought the store was on fire... Good thing that wasn't the case.Parking way out in the boonies when you're at a place like that can really have its advantages - less dents was the only thing I've ever really thought about. But in this case, hey - it can save your car from a firey death!I feel sorry for everyone involved here, that just sucks!

How can one see that it's a Chrysler?Only one split door mini van platform that I know of and that's a... ready for this?GM!Chevy Astro and GMC Safari.Anyway, what a shame. Too bad two vehicles were lost. There was a car fire in my parents' neighborhood a few days ago too. A lady's new husband had just moved in with her and her son parked his Honda next to his stepdad's new Chevy truck. For some unknown reason, the Honda caught fire and took the passenger side of the Chevy with it.

yeh I am pretty sure it is a chevy as well!good idea parking a new vehicle away from older ones to get away from the dents and that! But did you know, most car fires are from newer vehicles (within 1 or 2 years) from faulty wiring from production. The rest are from accident, arson, or stupid mechanics (the ones that try and cut off a gas tank strap with an accedalene torch, happened to a buddy of mine car took out most of the garage and took one guy to sunnybrook with 3rd degree burns to his arms)

Wonder if it was left running and overheated/caught fire... either way sucks to have parked next to it. "Would the owner of a blue Chev Astro Van... license plate number A4D8P1 report to customer service? Your van is on fire. And would the visiters from the states parked next to the van also please report to the customer service counter."

It was probably so ticked off to be parked next to a Suzuki that it just burst into flames.
