Need some Photoshop help.

Post by BlueCrush »

Could someone take this pic of Merckx56's Vibe and change the color of the car to Neptune? So I can see how the Neptune would look with the TC wheels. Thanks.

I think Ellis on MO is the one who had them at the SoCal meet not too far back.

Can anyone take the wheels from BlueCrush's car and 'put' them on my car? I'm dying to know what that would look like. Hopefully I attached the picture of my car properly. Thanks!

Nice, job Cole! Becky the wheels would be a little smaller than shown on that pic. The front looks like its a 20" wheel in the pic, but it gives you a good idea of what they would look like. The back wheel is about right.

Awww man, I didn't see this until this morning--after it was too late! Thanks Cole, for the great job. But Brian sold the wheels yesterday, just before I could put the money together! If I can be a baby here, I'll admit that I shed a couple tears over that one yesterday. But they would have looked great on my car! Thanks for doing that for me.

Always a good place to start...http://www.tirerack.comThey have decent prices, good service AND you can have a look at the wheels on your car (or a car like yours at least) with their preview tool.

Since I'm from Indiana, I usually start at Tire Rack-headquartered in South Bend.(www.tirerack.com). If you register, you can pick out your car make, model, and color, and save it to a 'garage'. Then you can view the literally hundreds of wheels choices/sizes available and preview what they look like on your car, and save your favorites.I know there are other wheel/tire sites have the same feature, such as Discount Tire (www.tires.com).Happy hunting!

I would say no to chrome or black. I think all silver, Silver with a Machined lip or even gunmetal with a machined lip (might compliment your two tone). I think that 5, 6 or 7 spoke wheels look really good on the Vibe. Something with rounded corners/edges and not sharp square corners/edges look best on the Vibe. It compliments the curves on the vehicles body. Just my opinion, tho. You will know when something catches your eye. Tire rack only has monotone Vibes while Discount Tire has the two tone Vibes to show wheels on. After you find ones you like, don't forget to do a search for them on Ebay. You might get better pricing there.Good Luck and when you find a few you like post some pics with a poll if you need help choosing.

Sorry Brian, I TOTALLY hijacked your thread. I was thinking maybe like a brushed silver. Not shiny a$$ silver or chrome, but a brushed. And so far I have liked the ones with more spokes better, but I think I've tried all 134 it says work on the Vibe, and I haven't LOVED any of them. Well, one I liked. But not totally loved. I think my car is just destined to be "stock" (ie. boring).

actually Tire Rack has the two tone vibes too that is if you choose the base. if you go with the GT then you get the mono tone.
