Life in KY
As a current resident of WI, and a possible relocation to Berea, KY.Whats life like in the area. I dont care for life up here a change could be good.

I don't know much about the area but I am pretty sure you need no steenkin' truck! Haven't been there, only by it but from what I know, it's just a lil' ol' college town but it is getting bigger. Lexington, not far up the road is a nice town though. Should be plenty to do if you need to find something to do.Wish I knew more though...

Berea's big claim to fame is Berea College. Mostly lower income KY students. Last I heard you had to be in their work/study program to be a student. They run about everything in town - a hotel, food facilities, gift shops, etc. The locals are fairly redneck.
