Does anyone know how to get into the vent under the front seats? My wife dropped her wedding ring down there and it got knocked intop the vent while trying to retrieve it.Thanks,Lenny
From the pic, it appears you could fit a couple of fingers into the vent and possibly feel the ring. If it is in deeper than that, then the suggestions by zionzr2 are good to try.
That which may be known of God is evident within man, for God has shown it to them, so that they are without excuse.(Romans 1:19-20) What do you want most in life?
I would say the safe way to do it ( Also the hardest and the best display of your love) is to get the old tools out and remove the seat and carpet to get to the vent. If you can see it you can get a gripper on a flexible shaft at the local auto parts store or Willmar type like store. Good luck.

They're in the seat and should be disabled before removing the seat.

I droped and oil pan bolt from my pick up in that vent. I never saw it again. If I ever pull the seats and carpet up, I may find it but I wrote it off as a loss.I sure that is not a reassuring responseNick

remove the seats,, and pull back the carpet. it's EASY! beware if you have side bags. i think you just have to unplug your battery for about 30 minutes and then you're good. anyone care to correct me if i'm wrong??
My little brother dropped a dice down the defroster vent of my car many years ago. I cut a piece of garden hose off and duct taped it to my shop vac and sucked it right out...Good luck, you can get it some how!
Call me paranoid but I think I would be more concerned as to why my wife was in the back seat of the Vibe taking her wedding ring off than how to get it back...
