Help me identify this bulb...

Hey all...Want to replace some of my interior lighting with LED lighting...but can't figure out for the LIFE of me what this bulb type is called? Anyone able to help me???Thanks in advance!

do they make led bulb direct replacement? or are you going to custom make a led for it?
